By accessing and using Oxygen Wallet software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Oxygen Wallet application, website, and related services provided by Oxygen.Tools.
2. Description of Service
Oxygen Wallet is a cryptocurrency multi-account management software that provides wallet organization, anti-detect browser functionality, task automation, and related tools for cryptocurrency and Web3 activities. The service is provided on a freemium basis with both free and premium subscription tiers.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Oxygen Wallet, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with its terms.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallets and private keys.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any illegal activities, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to transmit malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Oxygen Wallet, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Oxygen.Tools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Payment Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Use of cryptocurrency involves inherent risks, and you acknowledge these risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Oxygen.Tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
